Clay for Kids- 10 & UP

Class Description

Do you have a child that is interested in learning the pottery wheel? Does your child love working with clay? Sign your 10+ year old child up for our 4 week hand building and pottery wheel instruction class. Kids will learning the basic skills needed to make their own ceramic dishes! Each week they will build on their skill and create a collection to glaze on the final class date. Pottery pieces will be fired and ready to pick up 2 weeks after the last class. Self esteem is really boosted when kids get to show off their pottery ware and USE the beautiful pieces for their at home meals. Food Safe, Microwave Safe, Oven safe and Dishwasher safe! $175 for all 4 weeks. MONDAY afternoons April 29 , and May 6th & 13th & 20th 5:30PM - 6:30pm each week. Please have child bring their own apron and hand towel to use during class, as WE DO NOt provide them. Long hair should be tied back for class as it may become tangles in the wheel while creating pottery PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP YOUR CHILD UNLESS THEY ARE AT LEAST 10 YEARS OLD! . Class size is limited to 5 kids, must be registered to attend. FYI: If your child misses any class, no makeup time will be permitted, so please make sure they are available to attend all 4 weeks. No refunds or credit given for this class, in order to sustain our studio practices. Thanks for understanding!

Cancellation Policy

To ensure clarity and fairness for all our guests, we have outlined our cancellation policy below: Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticketed events are non-refundable. We carefully plan and prepare for each event based on the number of attendees, and as a result, we cannot offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased. Rescheduling with Notice: If you are unable to attend an event and would like to reschedule, you may do so by providing at least 3 business days’ notice. This notice period allows us to adjust our preparations accordingly. How to Reschedule: To reschedule your ticket, please email us with a subject line “Reschedule My Ticket.” We will email you back with confirmation that you will not be attending and that you have a credit. YOU MUST KEEP THIS EMAIL. CREDIT : Upon rescheduling, you will receive a credit valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Please use your credit voucher within this time frame, as it EXPIRES after 30 days. Using Your CREDIT : Your credit can be applied to book any future event of your choice, subject to availability. Keep in mind that the event must occur within the 30-day validity period of your voucher. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our cancellation policy.
